A real Lake Union houseboat built by Kenny, with compact living arranged across the waterline, main deck, and rooftop terrace. The work is in the details: tight exterior circulation, white-trimmed glazing, railings, stairs, and deck structure all fitted into a working marina setting.
Blue siding, layered outdoor rooms, and carefully framed windows keep the houseboat bright without losing the practical character of life on the dock.
